October & more – update!

If you’re looking for some spooky fun this Halloween season, bring your family and friends to one (or more!) of The Wag’s Halloween Spectaculars! This show will include Halloween-themed songs that you know and love, such as The Monster Mash, Ghostbusters, Thriller, and tunes from the Rocky Horror Picture Show – plus a few spooky original songs – as well as dance numbers, costume changes, and comedy sketches, along with some fun surprises. Come dressed in costume; enter the costume contest, and you just may win a prize!

November
11/7: The International Pop Overthrow Festival, Parkside Lounge, 317 E. Houston, Manhatten, NY. The festival is from 2 – 11:45pm, Wag time is 4:15 pm, but definitely see all of the bands! Tickets are only $15 and can be bought at the door, or by contacting the venue.

December
12/3: Middletown Library Concert, 49 New Monmouth Road, Middletown, NJ. 7 – 8 pm. A mix of originals, covers, & maybe a tiny preview of some songs from our Christmas Spectaculars!

12/12: The Wag’s Christmas Spectacular, The Strand Theater, 400 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood, NJ. 7 – 9:30 pm. Discounted tickets available for ages 18 and under and 65 and over. Click HERE for tickets!

There’s nothing like a good old-fashioned holiday special, and The Wag’s Christmas Spectacular is just that! Steeped in the traditions of holiday TV shows of the past, The Wag brings back the memories of these specials while putting their own unique stamp on them.

Their show has all of the holiday songs that you know and love, plus dance numbers, costume changes, and comedy sketches, along with some fun surprises – including a few original Christmas/Holiday songs! The Wag’s sense of humor and their homemade props and costumes are worth the price of admission alone.

The show also features a running theme of “Christmas Around the World”. There will be holiday songs and sketches from Ireland, Germany, Spain, & more! The Wag’s Christmas Spectacular is sure to please the entire family.

Hailing from the Bayshore area of New Jersey, this 4-piece unit has been entertaining and moving audiences for years but still sounds as fresh as it did on Day One. The Lizzie Rose Music Room is a gem of a venue “down the shore” in Tuckerton. The nonprofit, volunteer-run venue showcases the best in live music in an intimate 70-seat room housed in a historic Victorian mansion. They present a variety of music, including blues, jazz, bluegrass, country, rock, soul, singers/songwriters, and much more.

*There are only a few Gold front row seats and a few Silver second row seats left. These tend to sell out fast, so get them while you can!
